Who we are
BNB Maurice is a Mauritian company founded by Alexandra and Frédéric, two French expatriates based in the north of the island. Ten years of expertise in Marseille, now put to work for villa owners in the Indian Ocean.
We wanted to bring to Mauritius what we had learned to do in Marseille: welcome every guest with care, maintain every property to a high standard, and remain available to our owners as true partners. It's as simple as that.
The founders
After ten years in Marseille in high-end short-term rental and concierge services, Alexandra and Frédéric settled permanently in Mauritius with their daughter Rose. There, they founded BNB Maurice, a Mauritian company dedicated to property owners in the north of the island.
Their conviction: short-term rental concierge isn't an industrial business. It's a job built on attention, availability and a local address book. One done on a human scale, with few properties and a lot of care. That's exactly the model they bring to their owners here.
Our manifesto
We believe short-term rental isn't just a transaction. It's a moment in guests' lives, an investment for owners, and a responsibility for those who manage it. In Mauritius, the gap in quality between the best providers and the rest is huge. We've chosen our side.
Our stance: stay small, stay local, stay exacting. We'd rather manage a handful of villas perfectly than a hundred villas poorly. We'd rather know each owner personally than be an industrial concierge. That's what makes the difference, stay after stay, month after month.

Our values
No hidden fees, no concealed margin, no restrictive contract. Our co-host model lets owners see everything in real time. Transparency isn't a marketing claim — it's our operating standard.
We live in the north of Mauritius. We know the providers, the craftsmen, the best fishmongers at the Grand Baie market, the chefs who cook on site, the French-speaking guides. That address book is our added value.
Our team is trained in high-end hospitality techniques. Deep cleaning, linen management, welcome amenities, attention to detail — every villa is prepared like a top hotel suite, at every arrival.
A concierge is, above all, a relationship. With the owners we support over the long term. With the guests we welcome in person. With our teams, whom we train and respect. Everything else is just technique.
Local commitment
BNB Maurice isn't an offshore platform exploiting the island remotely. We're a team based on the ground, employing Mauritian staff, working with local providers, and contributing to the north's economy.
